In 2010 a fire raged through the mountains just west of Boulder, CO. This scoop was made from part of a branch of a tree that burned down in that fire, and is from the property where the Boulder Tea Hut resides. The tea pick is also made from the same burned branch, pick rest is a small block of Wenge
Finished with a Danish Oil type finish (blend of Tung Oil, Polymerizing Safflower Oil, Hemp Seed Oil, and Lime Oil)
